Lines to go back and update
Everything marked below was added or changed after this site first went up. If you already pasted a week into 15Five, these are the only lines to touch; unmarked lines are unchanged.
Jul 25 – Jul 31
The week the back-office lists went to Mary Ann's team, the daily blitz system went live for Nate and Jack, the Clay to Salesforce sync switched on with Genna, and the Lemlist trial got built. Naveen's Jul 31 1:1 is where he asked for these check-ins, so this one shows you started the same week.
PrioritiesWhat do you intend to accomplish between now and your next Check-in?
Get the Lemlist trial live with Nate as the sender and the first Star Ratings follow-up campaigns loaded, so we close the loop multi-channel on the cohort that's already been emailed.
Onboard Keegan Monday, walk Matt and Jack through the Europe sequences, and build Jack's UK insurance/FS and airlines lanes.
Send the recap and the outbound operating plan written so they can go straight to Chris and Jenn, plus dig into the 6sense side and get John an update.
AddedValidate the back-office contacts with Mary Ann when she's back so the customer land-and-expand lane can start with her team's blessing.
What went well this week?Asked weekly to everyone
Delivered four back-office persona lists to Mary Ann's team: just under 300 net-new contacts across the Tier-1 customer accounts (COO/SVP executives, ops leaders, claims and IT leaders, product owners), deduped against their existing seed.
Three more Cost-Mandate strike rooms to Nate (Bell Canada, BMO, TELUS), rebuilt on the refreshed Value Repository stats. Seven account strike rooms in reps' hands since Jul 13.
AddedStood up the daily blitz system for Nate and Jack: a Slack channel per rep, ten-day multi-channel sprints of four to eight contacts per account, and a daily action brief, starting with Keegan's accounts.
Added · spelled GennaWith Genna, mapped Clay to Salesforce and turned on the contact import sync, so Salesforce contacts now flow into Clay and nothing writes back over a Salesforce field.
Kicked off the DWO deck rebuild as an interactive HTML deck for Tom, and turned the brand guidelines into a code-level kit with Rachel so every GTM deliverable is on-brand by default.
What's your biggest challenge right now, and how can I help?Optional · one line, framed as the next unlock
Lemlist. The trial is the proof, then it's the paid case to Chris. I'll have the one-pager ready with the day-14 receipts so the ask is ready to forward when you are.
Aug 1 – Aug 7
The bench grew: Keegan onboarded, Matt joined Jack's build loop, Lemlist became real infrastructure, the QBR materials went out the door, and the Side Quest started. The OKR one-pager landed the same week Naveen asked for it.
PrioritiesWhat do you intend to accomplish between now and your next Check-in?
QBR support: recast the ICP buying committees to one named account per product (Centene, State Farm, Humana) and have the Engine Room page ready as the companion.
Get Lemlist through security review with Enrique and Jason so the PO can move with Chris.
Keep Keegan's Citizens and The Hartford blitz moving, and rework Jack's UK named-accounts lane around a give-first first touch.
AddedLead the Claude workshop for the product team Tuesday (the prompt framework plus two worked examples), and set up the working session with Sierra and Carter on Clay-enriched contacts for cold outreach and the webinar.

Two more sellers running on the engine: Keegan onboarded Monday with the alumni motion (264 former-customer contacts) and a Citizens / The Hartford blitz built off a real signal, and Jack's UK insurance/FS and airlines lanes sourced at zero credits (12 accounts, 76 contacts) with Matt now in the build loop.
Lemlist stood up as our send channel: eight campaigns drafted across Stars, the UK lanes, and the blitz, every draft through the verified-claims gate, and the business case for the seats written up for you.
QBR-week materials across teams: the ICP Buying Committees site per product, buyer-360 slide material for back office and Queue Optimizer, the AI Enablement update for Jenn and Jason's forum, our OKR one-pager on the channel-economics frame we agreed Tuesday, and Genna's sales and marketing AI goals doc updated with Star Ratings GTM phase 1 complete (October ratings release is phase 2).
AddedJoined the Side Quest AI change-management project (Derek sponsoring, Catherine and Joey) to lead the dashboards and tracking for the Greenlight pilot, and sat in the GTM action plan session with Melissa and Cheryl on the three launches, where Clay got lined up for the cold outreach and the webinar-style event.
What's your biggest challenge right now, and how can I help?Optional
UpdatedLemlist approvals. Security review is in motion with Enrique and Jason, and the PO with Chris follows it. A word from you on timing gets Nate and Jack sending the week it clears.
Aug 8 – Aug 14
QBR week. The buying-committee work is what Naveen presented and called a massive hit, so this check-in stays factual about it and lets him fill in the reaction. Lemlist cleared security the same week.
PrioritiesWhat do you intend to accomplish between now and your next Check-in?
Take over the product-team AI Champion seat: Monday.com goals, the Friday standup, and goal language agreed with Jenn.
Build the Sep 2 webinar attendance engine in Clay: invite lists out of the Salesforce-synced audience plus a net-new pool outside Salesforce, and route every registrant to BDR review or nurture.
Lemlist go-live prep so the day the PO clears we're sending: dedicated mailboxes on their own subdomain, Nate's number, Jack's setup.
What went well this week?Asked weekly to everyone
Buying committees landed at QBR: one named account per product (Centene for Queue Optimizer, State Farm for Back Office Optimizer, Humana for Engagement Hub), prospect and customer lanes each. Marketing is lining up behind the motion and a partnerships conversation with Haresh came out of it.
Lemlist cleared security review: Enrique added it to the approved list and Jason signed off with the pilot conditions designed in (dedicated mailboxes on a separate subdomain, human sign-off on sends). PO moving with Chris.
The Clay Engine Room page went live as the companion to the committees site, showing how the machine sources, gates, and drafts, and Jack's UK named-accounts lane was reworked give-first with him (27 contacts, 11 sequenced).
What's your biggest challenge right now, and how can I help?Optional
Account hierarchies. Sales Navigator access landed last week and the relationship maps AMs build there are the best source we have for who reports to whom inside customer accounts. Anything you can do to get AMs sharing their maps with me speeds up the back-office lane.
Aug 15 – Aug 21
The webinar engine week. Audiences went Salesforce-synced, the invite pool came out at zero credits, the net-new pool came from Clay, and the AI Champion seat moved over from Naveen.
PrioritiesWhat do you intend to accomplish between now and your next Check-in?
Back-office expansion council with Mary Ann Monday: land the operating process (AM clears a name before anyone touches it) and start the account maps from the AMs' Sales Nav relationship maps.
Pipeline Council and the 6sense meeting Monday, then Tuesday with you on the webinar sends: sender, dates, Pardot import of the net-new list, suppression.
Close out this week's promises: Jack's VodafoneThree ops layer and LinkedIn workflows, Carter's Clay walkthrough, and the Lemlist status note to Jenn, Nate, and Jack.
What went well this week?Asked weekly to everyone
The Sep 2 webinar now has an attendance engine in Clay: Audiences is Salesforce-synced (about 141K people, 2.3K companies), the invite pool came out at zero credits (about 12.4K contacts tiered by role, customers and prospects), plus about 1,200 net-new verified contacts not in Salesforce, 309 Director and above. Brief went to you Friday.
Every registrant (1,016) enriched, triaged, and routed to BDR review or nurture, with results written back to the shared Audiences records. Walked Carter through it Friday.
UpdatedTook the product-team AI Champion seat at your ask, with goal language agreed with Jenn, and scoped the Side Quest dashboards (Greenlight usage by person, agent, and trend, with intervention triggers) at the kickoff with Derek and Catherine.
What's your biggest challenge right now, and how can I help?Optional
UpdatedLemlist purchase. Luis is sending the written invoice for Chris and Ramp, and I've got the security paperwork with Jason covered. The day it's paid, Nate and Jack are live that week.
Aug 22 – Aug 28
The week back-office expansion became a sponsored initiative and the operating map went live. The priorities here point straight at the Sep 4 check-in you already submitted (Lemlist purchase, the 3K net-new prospects), so the two read as one thread.
PrioritiesWhat do you intend to accomplish between now and your next Check-in?
Close the Lemlist purchase and get the setup underway: mailboxes and subdomain provisioned, Nate and Jack configured, back-office sequences staged behind AM clearance.
Haresh and Frank's partner-campaign session Monday, then John's Sep 3 alignment meeting with the campaign framework he asked for.
Pull the net-new back-office prospect pool in Clay for Nate's lane and the DWO plays, so the sequences have a universe behind them before the all-hands.
What went well this week?Asked weekly to everyone
Back-office expansion inside customers is now a sponsored initiative. Monday's council with you and Mary Ann set the target (about 300 contacts in multi-channel sequences by the all-hands), the operating process page you asked for shipped Tuesday with AM sign-off built in, and Inger's 12 accounts (Assurant, Cleveland Clinic, Cox, DIRECTV, Guardian, Goldman Sachs, McKesson, MetLife, Prudential, Rogers, Travelers, Zurich) now have back-office maps built in Sales Nav.
The GTM Engineering Operating Map is live as the one structure the group points to ahead of John's meeting, with the running totals in one place: about 4,400 contacts sourced outside Salesforce, 12.4K segmented at zero credits, 700 accounts scored or mapped, 7 sequences loaded, 19 agents on a schedule.
Pipeline Council now reviews this work as its own channel, measured on cost per meeting against the cold baseline. Marketing's ask for LinkedIn ads on the same lists became the signal-to-marketing loop design (one heat list feeding Lemlist and LinkedIn audiences on the same clock), dry-run built this week, and the title-criteria and contact lists went to Sierra.
AddedWith the product team Tuesday, walked through running Claude with projects and Cowork, and shared the pre-mortem skill as the last validation step before a Greenlight agent ships.
What's your biggest challenge right now, and how can I help?Optional
A Lead Source value for GTM Engineering in Salesforce, so Pipeline Council can see this channel on its own line instead of blended into Cold. Genna owns the workbook; a word from you to her would move it.
Aug 29 – Sep 4
Replaces both submitted lines in each field. Built from the file record plus every Otter call this week: Haresh and Frank Monday, Frank's list review Tuesday, Naveen and Tyler Wednesday, the Lemlist session and John's alignment meeting Thursday, the AI Champions standup Friday.
PrioritiesWhat do you intend to accomplish between now and your next Check-in?
AddedGet the back-office sequences sending: five Lemlist campaigns loaded with 332 leads (200 at existing customers across healthcare, financial services, insurance, and BPO, 132 net-new across Nate's six accounts), live once Nate's clearance read is in and the second sending domain is connected for Nate and Jack.
AddedRecord the all-hands demo in three acts (strike rooms, back office inside our customers with the account maps and the State Farm committee, Lemlist) for Tuesday Sep 8, with the orchestration plan it sits on.
AddedWrite my OKRs under your 15-meetings line, send them over for suggestions, and get the HR check-ins on the calendar.
AddedPartner pilot with Haresh and Frank: lock the 5 to 10 accounts, ship the shared account-brief and one-pager skills Frank's team runs themselves, and get the two partner campaigns into Lemlist by the all-hands.
AddedPublish the US messaging playbook for the sequences, bringing marketing's approved back-office cadence copy and Jack's UK messaging rules into one document the whole team runs from.
What went well this week?Asked weekly to everyone
Added · spelled GennaCompleted the Lemlist purchase and stood it up as the team's sequencer: 18 campaigns in the account, 7 running for Nate and Jack, and the five back-office campaigns built and loaded with 332 leads (200 at existing customers, 132 net-new) with Nate as sender and every variable rendering on real leads. Genna is wiring the Lemlist to Salesforce integration so Pipeline Council gets the metrics next month.
AddedExtracted about 3K net-new prospects in Clay for the back-office motions and DWO plays, staged the DWO executive campaign behind 758 verified emails, and built Nate's six net-new account maps (Centene, Fidelity, National Grid, Truist, Paychex, Regions) with a fresh signal read per account.
AddedPartner channel is now a designed pilot: Monday with Haresh and Frank became a 5 to 10 account pilot off the partner pre-pipeline measured against their own 45-day and 25% benchmarks, Tuesday's list review with Frank worked the 3xG whitespace, the account-brief engine ran live (internal and partner-safe versions of every brief), and an EMEA channel partner map (386 partners across the Five9, Genesys, Verint, Aspect, and AWS directories) went up with three self-serve skills for Frank's team.
AddedBrought John the campaign framework he asked for to Thursday's alignment meeting: a ten-row campaign brief in his order and a seven-step run process with owners across Sales, SDRs, Marketing, Sales Ops, and GTM Engineering. Out of the room: LinkedIn ads ride the same sequences, marketing sends the approved back-office cadence copy, and the Operating Map was refreshed for it.
AddedAI Champion: the Q3 product goals are complete and reflected in Monday.com (PM-as-a-builder kit cold-run on a real PRD, interactive sales kits for Back Office Optimizer and Queue Optimizer, eight GTM skills packaged as shared Greenlight agents), the all-hands AI session package is built (deck, three-act script, Q&A prep), and I had the intro with Tyler. Next up is the AI-enabled PMO agent.
What's your biggest challenge right now, and how can I help?Optional
AddedThe back-office sequences are loaded and ready to send. Once Nate's clearance read and the messaging document from marketing land, I'll have the existing-customer lanes live the same day, ahead of the all-hands.
